Advantages of the Neenah Cast Solution
- We offer flat bottom pan trenches, along with frames and grates that can be formed on-site for any slope required.
- Alternative pre-sloped polymer options do not adhere to concrete, while iron does and can act as a form release. These polymer systems can also float during installation, causing costly problems for contractors.
- Bolted trench, unlike cast solutions, requires cross-bars to be installed to secure some versions of the pre-sloped trench. This creates more labor involved in the installation and a higher cost to the end-user.
- Quick connect locking solutions can create foreign object debris, a significant concern for airport operations due to potential safety hazards.
